Its not illegal to have, with op its impossible to place and could possibly be a rare item. Besides, i have 17 snow blocks 4 dirt and 1 sand in my ender chest...
That's impossible to get dirt and sand without hacks...... And pplates are illegal to have because you can use the pplate glitch which allows you to get out of combat log.
