Aye, so I just realized my old threads were gone. Like gone. So I decided to do a tutorial, I have no idea what section to put this. (No tutorial section or something like that). Ima be showing you how to get a custom cursor. But it will be WAY easier to understand. So lets get right into it. You will have to download your cursor first. So I recommend you go to http://rocketdock.com/addons/misc/popular . There will be bunch of cursors to choose from so take your time. For this tutorial, I will be picking the L.E.D cursor. Now after you have chosen your cursor download it. Once you have it downloaded open up the zip file and it should look something like this. You might have to click on it to see lol. Now that you have everything downloaded and have done the past steps. You will have to drag the folder that contains the cursor icons. For me, the folder that has the cursors is the "L.E.D Cursors". Now I will take that folder and drag it to my desktop. You should do the same. I forgot to mention this only works for windows. Sorry mac users :( Now on to the next thing in this whole first step. After you have dragged the folder to your desktop, go to windows start, computer, c: drive, and then cursors. If you do not have the folder called cursors in your c: drive then you should make one. Now just click on it like you mean it! :p In the cursors folder, your gonna make a new folder called "Modded Cursors" now the real magic will happen. Do you still have the folder you dragged to your desktop? If you have great job! Now open that folder I was just babbling about 2 sentences ago! It should look something like this with all the icons. You will now highlight all the icons and I mean ALL OF THEM. Even the one that might have a install icon in the folder. You got all the icons highlighted? Now drag that highlighted icons in your modded cursors folder. Which should look like this. MINI 1ST STEP: MINI 2ND STEP: Woot woot! Now on windows start button, type in Mouse. Once you found it click on it. IT SHOULD look like this: Go to the pointers, and you might seem to start getting it. Now you will click on Normal Select then click browse. Clicking browse will open up the modded cursors folder. Now it's just the matter of mix and matching each one. Click on Normal Select (so you highlight the one your gonna change) find the one that is titled Normal Select in your modded cursors folder. Then boom! Samething for Help Select, click on it, browse, find the one that says Help Select. If you have a problem and can't find the right ones or it's not there just pick the one that makes sense.
