I personally, do not like the rates you provided. The currency rates should be based on what you get from voting on all servers.
Not to say my rates are better/worse, but it's impossible to make a currency exchange that is solely based on what you get from voting without losing all your prison money (and then kitpvp and factions and survival etc.)
