This has been going on for the longest time and it's super annoying.
People are able to get past the caps filter by spamming the chat with caps, and after the caps, doing (caps protection) or (capssss).
Or, you don't even have to do that. You can just put a bunch of exclamation points after the caps and it'll let it chat (Yes, even with the NEW pwn filters)

I have seen way better filters on other servers that automatically makes everything in caps turn to lowercase (I highly recommend this)
