If you want to alter the content of this app, just edit this current one. Do not make another one just because it didn't go the way you want. Its easy and you can start from scratch.
That's a pretty good start. Now try centering the text and add more spacing. Other then that your application is good, then you just need to become more active and help people.

I'm pretty sure you can edit it in, try highlighting everything that you want centered with your mouse then click the Centre command. And try playing with the different commands for text, learn how to use them and use them well.
Don't know who you are, saying please read in the title doesn't help. Be more active and get to know the community. From reading your comments I can get a pretty good idea of how immature you are. No support.

No support. Change your title, it doesn't need to say "Please Read" just simply your ign, country, and what two servers you are applying for.
