I Type too fast and it keeps giving me warns about "Message cooldown" I think you should remove this irritating command because it annoys many. Also almost about every rank gets a complaint about "Message cooldown! You know have 30 warnings!" Almost everytime I get that warn. I have almost up too 50 everyday. This irritating command is annoying and useless. Somebody can type fast and get annoyed by this.
