People are crashing the creative server everyday by using world edit, and it gets annoying that's why I have reported and gotten banned 3 people in the last two days from crashing creative. I think when a player gets banned for using world edit to crash creative that player should be stripped of the ability to use world edit on creative once he/she is unbanned. I don't think this is possible, seeing as worldedit is a vote reward. Making specific people lose their vote rewards is 1) impossible and 2) against the EULA by giving certain players an unfair advantage over others.

No support, if you are caught crashing the server, it should be a perm ban with a chance to appeal.

Oh? I didn't realize they changed it to permanent thats good, I would much prefer that.
