All users should have the permission to use /ignore (player) Creative chat is mostly either swearing, fighting or advertising for in game stuff. It's okay but when fights start it gets a bit over the top with swearing and what not. Also spam is a big part of creative although you have the chat cool down as well as repeated messaged but people easily get round it by adding on another "!" or something irrelevant.
