you can actually do /heal in mid flight realy fast if you do this 1.type /heal and wait for it to regen 2.dont type anything else 3.press T > UpArrow >Enter Realy Fast if you are in mid flight and do this you can get away with not stopping and this may look like macro
the real question is if you have a titan friend come over to your house (or talks on skype) and make them sit in spawn then when you say heal me the titan heals you and you continue playing is it called macro's
