    Ok what has happened is you have been block/sign glitched on GTA, You need to get ingame and find either Myself, Maxninja10, Blackzone or Janice999 and we will be able to teleport you back to spawn.

    I'm going to lock and archive this to prevent post farming, but you know what you need to do.

    I'll also start a convo with you
