I've made several reports and multiple on some players and all they're getting is warnings. What does it take for someone to be temp muted. I'm frustrated because players are breaking the rules multiple times and just getting a warning. From now on I will state it is their 2nd or whatever number offense but why are all my reports just warnings. Here's a list of my most recent reports and you can see SprouseVRX got 2 warnings at about the same time. Why is this not a temp mute at this point?

More often than not, the player you're reporting is also offline at the point of you having uploaded the evidence, made the report and us having handled it. If we mute someone who is offline, they won't be notified of their punishment which is bad. Neither will they see the mute reason when attempting to chat. But receiving 3 warnings for inappropriate chatting, will still warrant a 4th offence 24h mute, so you shouldn't worry if you're concerned about that Anyway the posts above are all correct and have answered your question so unless you still have a question I'll archive and close this c:
