So on the shop website it says Premium + can do color codes in-game, but I had some people test that and only MVP + can do the color codes. It's basically lying and scamming to say that a rank comes with a perk that it doesn't actually have. This is what happens when you try and buy premium. :rolleyes:
The whole shop needs a revamp. Pretty sure a lot of the commands don't work, or at least don't work on some servers. They should have proper factual lists of perks per each server.
Support. Many people don't publicly rant for a long time about such issues, but they do occur and it's frustrating. It only takes a little effort to get this working properly with the correct details, so I don't see any problem with changing this.
