Implemented Color Codes on Signs

    This suggestion is for Skyblock, but would also be nice on other gamemodes if implemented.

    I suggest we make it so we can use color codes on signs. Skyblock.net has this feature and I think it would be a nice touch to add to the game.

    We've implemented this change on Skyblock and Survival.

    Premium and above now have access to color codes and formatting on signs. MVP and above have access to the &k code for magic text. (premium had access to color codes on survival before but now have access to formatting as well)
