Support. This will be more work for the moderators though. Also, there may be occasional arguments on whether or not something is Eula compliant. Overall though, I think this would give the plausible suggestions a better chance of being noticed. Suggestion: if a thread is closed because it wasn't Eula compliant, I think the closing message should state that it was closed because of this so the person can revise it and possibly have it reopened (or so they could create a new thread that is Eula compliant.) Maybe a link to the Minecraft server Eula could also be included.
