Hi Mineverse My username is ForeseenRobin I have come to ask for your help urgently in December of 2015 I had purchased the rank Premium. Then two weeks later on Christmas day i purchased the rank supreme. With your most recent update it has switched up on me, On other Games such as Kit Pvp, OP Factions, Infection, Ect. It still states that I am Supreme. But on factions It states that I am a Premium again. The same thing has Happened to My two Great Friends Green_Ninja07 and justin11225 (But they are God Ranks) . I spent a great deal of money on my rank specifically for factions it would be greatly appreciated if i could meet with a Mod on Mineverse and sort things out or I would love to Get supreme back on Factions. I thank you so much for reading this and I hope something can be done. Now With Green_Ninja07 he also had premium then bought God. The same thing happens to him he is a god on every Game except Factions. And as well with justin11225 He originally had elite then he bought the rank God everything checks up for him again but factions is messed up. • All the proof of purchase you have
  • Receipts, screenshots, bank confirmations, etc.
• Explain your problem in as much detail as you can
  • Tell the owner about your problem thoroughly!
• Patience
  • After you have sent the email, all you can do is wait patiently for a response or fix

Your not missing anything, just the prefix name tag.

 

As speedybuilder stated, your prefix is broken. There should be a "Fix prefix" area. If there is, then click the Supreme sign and it should fix your prefix.

 

Emailing support is the only way to fix your rank issue.
