Ok, so here is what I see with this video. Unfortunately, I do not see the trade written out and both you and the other player agreeing to the trade. Without that being written out and both players agreeing, I cannot ban this player. I'm sorry, I'm going to have to close it for lack of evidence.
Upon further investigation and talking with the player that reported this message, I missed some key evidence. The player will be banned.
