Have you tried changing your name back to the one it thinks it is, and then change it back after a month?
Changing back to that name isn't something I want to do. I'm changing my name once again to a new name. What I know for sure is that the server recognises me as two players rather than one, perhaps when I make my next name change it'll recognise me as three players. If this is the problem it's probably an easy fix, just go in and delete my old player file that is some how still there. Cypriot is aware of this issue as I somewhat informed him the other day in game.
I remember back in old prison this happened to my friend mikehike, but he hadn't changed his name. It has also happened to badman I believe.
This is a bug with chestshop not mineverse itself, post this on the plugins Devs thread and maybe they can fix it, honestly does it make much of a difference?

Ive actually got a friend that this happens to on occasion. There is no rhyme or reason that it happens, just sometimes he can't open his chests. Of course its due to the name changes.
If they have fixed it they've fixed it in an updated version of the chestshops plugin. Soon I'll be changing my name back to my original name, hopefully problems with cease by then.
