Kit PvP cheater[Banned] [Porky]

    Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:
    1. Your ingame name: SwagCat_
    2. The offender's exact ingame name: EarthIV
    3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: NoSlowDown
    4. Evidence/full screenshots:
    5. 0:33 - while he was drinking the potion his speed didn't decrease
    6. 1:10 - he was holding a drinkable potion but didnt slow down while drinking it

    - Please make sure your name is shown in the evidence via scoreboard/chat
    - You cannot report on behalf of other players
