The offender's exact in game name: Changin

Offered to buy _Leth_ a rank for 30 000 on skyblock. When _Leth_ payed, Changin suddenly "got an internet issue" and left. Just before that, he said he would "pay back" and then left. I'm reporting for _Leth_ because he is having issues with the forums.
