Email the support if you haven't. Try /p dispose and then /p claim, it might not work but worth a shot.
I said this in previous threads, and I will gladly say it again. Cypriot has yet to fix this. There is no solution to the name change and plots just yet. I'm sorry, but for now, all you can do is email Cypriot daily and wait for a response. @CypriotMerks Thread handled, closing.
