Inactive Cant log onto OpKitPvP

I cant log onto OpKitPvP when I go on OpKitPvP I can stay for 2 seconds and then it says downloading Terrain I tried restarting my computer and restarting launcher but nothing happens thank you .

 

What is your in-game username?

This is probably either that you're banned, or you are stuck on a block. A senior-mod, like myself, would need to teleport you to spawn. But, before proceeding these steps, we need to know your in-game username.

He isn't banned.

 

What is his in-game username then, since the original user of the post is unresponsive.

 

It would obviously be fixed if he hasn't responded since.
