So just recently I just tried to log on. It wouldn't let me log on and gave me the following message:
"Internal Exception: Java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

how did you resolve this, I am dealing with the same problem.

 

For me it was just to trying over and over again, but if that doesn't work, try re-launching mc
