I tried to contact mine verse email support and they asked what the problem was and never replayed back to me when I told them It is like minplex doesn't care about there players and I am a donor they should do more support to the players who payed real money to support there server.
It takes a while for them to respond because of the overflow of support emails coming through each day. Make sure to comment on that email every week so it stays on the top of the email queue. Good luck in getting your island back
