When i try to change my profile avatar even if i click "choose avatar" it jusr says "no file chosen".

 

Hey there :P

When you go to select an avatar for your profile, you have to click "Choose File" next to where it says "no file chosen."
From there you can pick whatever picture you wish to have as your profile pic, as long as it's meets the required lengths of course.

Moved to the correct location

 

Just click on your name in the top right corner and find the word Avatar and click on it, there should be a tab/box that says "Choose File" then find your desired profile pic and click open. Click "Okay" once the photo is finished loading and enjoy!

 

This is a glitch that's happened to me before. Even though you may have clicked on the file, it may be too large; causing it not to work.

 

As what TADS4 has mentioned, its most likely due to your file being too large.
