      I was actually referring to the swastika the Germans used to symbolize the Nazi Party. It's tilted on it's corner, and is generally black inside a white circle and placed within a red canvas or with a red boarder. This is indeed banned in Germany, and I just recently confirmed it with my father (used to live in germany) and the help with the wiki and some anonymous sights here and there.

      That's the Nazi symbol not the swastika.
