Why do you think you should become a mod? I've been playing on this server for about 3 years now, and iv'e seen a lot of hackers about which go unpunished. And the people that have been banned for "hacks" were somewhat falsely banned.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? I can be for up to 4 hours per day at any time.
How long have you been playing Mineverse? 3 years
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Yes, iv'e been banned 12 times which some I appealed and was accepted. I have never hacked before. Ever.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes I have been an admin on a quite popular server.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes.

What server do you play on? op pvp? I only play there. If you ask around I guarantee someone would answer, also I live in Australia, I might not be on the same time you are.

 

Unfortunately for you, timezone isn't a real big excuse, because my timezone is GMT + 8.00, and I live in Southeast Asia. So we're really not that far apart. Try to play more on other gamemodes then, not just OPPvP or something like that.

 

If you only play on op pvp then apply for that only.. not global.

C2411 you are a very nice person and always helping out but I kind of agree with Andrewswj it does not look like you took the time to do it properly. Why do I think that? Well, because you don't really add any detail you are just answering the questions in one sentence. I still think your can improve on your application! It's not only you same goes for me I can improve a lot on my application!
