My friend just told me that he couldn't get on the forums and that he was banned from Op PvP without a ban message, so he has no idea why he was banned.

Here is his exact message:

Could the mod that banned him please tell me why he was banned so I can tell him.

 

He will need to appeal still. Most likely either a console or A ban by Cyp.

As what kingalex said he still needs to appeal. If I had his full username I could see if there is any history on him.
