Hello, I want to purchase a rank for myself under the name NolanPlayz but whenever I press purchase it says I have opened too many chargebacks. Can you make it so I can purchase a rank, I have gotten the owner on other servers to do the same so I can purchase, Thanks. -Nolan
No one tell me to contact buycraft, I already did and they said to get the people who have op on the webstore to do it
Hello! Okay, I know you told me not to tell you to contact Buycraft but. When it says "You have opened to many charge backs" it means that you have bought a rank on other servers and charged it back which is meaning, you've been banned from Buycraft. This is not Mineverse's issue as you're going to have to contact Buycraft about paying the chargeback or, getting a unban through an appeal. Mineverse doesn't own Buycraft so this isn't Mineverse's issue it's your issue for whatever you did to get banned. Paypal doesn't get your money nor Buycraft. The co-owner and Owner of Mineverse gets the money provided from the players buying a rank. I know you might disagree with this but, This is the case. I helped someone out when it was saying this before so they contacted Buycraft for a unban and they gave the person another chance but, they had to pay the chargeback back that they made! The chances are it's because you have charged back too much which is entirely your fault but as said above try contacting buycraft to remove you from said list of chargebackers
