Hello, lionbdcraft here. There is a glitch/bug on factions where you can get a diamond shovel and use it too break the block under you to get into god mode. It eventually wears off but if you keep breaking the block under you you'll remain in that god mode. It's not a hack, well I think it isn't.. but I seen Moku8 do it on factions. I've seen this glitch/bug on prison as well, all you have to do is break the redstone lamp under you and wala your in god mode. But anyways I hope this is fixed because I hate when I'm about to kill people and they just end up going in god mode. ( SO ANNOYING ) :L O_o.

This is not fixable. It is the plugin we use and it is impossible for us to configure it so this does not happen, unless we get our own custom region protection plugin.
simple fix for the prison one just put redstone on top of the lamp so they break the redstone and not the lamp
