I think on the Skyblock and Survival servers, it should be possible to break other players chest signs if they are made on your own island/claim. This would greatly reduce griefing and arguments. For example i have a broken shop on my Skyblock island that i cant break because apparently it belongs to someone called 'prek' and if you do /seen prek it simply comes up with 'this player has never joined the server' which is disappointing because its floating in the air and i cant remove it. I believe if you own the island/claim then you should be the one who can control who makes things on your island/claim and nobody can grief it with signs on your chest and potentially steal your items.
