Hi i have bought a rank but i havent received it

I have created a thread before but you have only said to use this template

Please help me i bought elite with my own money and it has taken a large amount of my money.

My exact in game name is: king_sarcosuchus
My purchased rank is/was: elite
My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: the issue is that i have bought a rank but i havent received my rank

Email Mineverse support and they'll get back to you as soon as they can and you can resolve the problem there I would assume.

 

Email [email protected] with proof of the purchased rank. If you do not provide proof, Cypriot could check the logs, and see if you did buy the rank. They should get back to you within 3 days approximately. If they don't within that time, bump the email. Keep doing that every 3 days in till responded. I hope this helped. :D
