I mean if you got banned for let's say hacking and then got rebanned for hacking that's on you, an unban pass isn't an invitation to break the rules. You don't get a refund for that :(
If this is the same person then he was just on op pvp bragging about once he gets refunded he'll buy another unban and that he has unlimited alts lol.
If you buy an unban and then hack again you will be banned again. If you did not hack after you bought an unban i suggest makig a support ticket. /Khiley

So let me get this straight. You chargebacked, essentially scamming the server and violating our tos. Then bought an unban on an alt when you have already bought on on your main before, violating our rules, and now you're saying we should give you a refund?
