Thank you for taking the time to read this. Many of you may know me from SkyBlock. I play there actively. I recently upgraded from sponsor to VIP rank. I did this because I wanted access to the /xpbottle command and I wanted to help support the server. To my surprise, the /xpbottle command didn't work though. Being that this was one of the reasons that I made the upgrade, I am VERY disappointed and regret my purchase, as I could have bought something like spawners instead.

The point of this post is to bring it to the attention of the staff to see if we could get this resolved. Being that this was advertised as a rank perk and I didn't receive it is very disappointing and I feel a bit ripped off. I hope that someone can help get this fixed so I can continue to use my rank to its full potential. Thank you for reading this and I hope that this gets some support so that we can fix this.

First, your suggestion should surround the false advertising perks used on the Buycraft website. Something like "changing the rank description to the current perks in-game" would be your suggestion.

Second, I might be wrong on this, but I'm sure that you can contact Janice for additional help - perhaps she'll be able to switch your purchase with a different item of same value.

Regardless, I agree that the rank descriptions on the Buycraft shop should be changed.

yea that happend to me alot u gotta support ticket it i have done it twice it take a while to fix but it works
