Well, I think that the "higher" or "bigger" the rank you have, for example: Elite, then Elite people should get access to MVPs, VIPs, Sponsors, and Premiums kit and commands. I know it sounds like cheating in a sense, but I think its a great idea <3 probably will never happen, but SUPPORT!!!! <3
So, if you're Titan, you should have access to ALL of the Rank's kits and commands.

The REAL Title: Bigger The Rank, More the Kits and Commands

 

It could be a nice idea if you can choose 1 kit of all the kits you have access to every certain period of time.

 

On prison, you get the kits of the ranks that you've been.

 

For all of the other gamemodes, I think you should just get your ranks' kit.
