We're not really talking about the mods who physically can't get on the forums to reply to reports. It's the mods who spend all of their time on the forums yet never do reports. Not only do they not do them, but they view them and then move on to something else. Many mods here spend all of their time socializing on forums yet do nothing to actually help the server. Then they get offended when someone calls them out on it. Yes, it's unreasonable to ask for every report to be replied to immediately, but if you're not going to make an effort to do the work that you're able to do, you're being lazy and it's better of to just be a regular active member.
Let me say this then. On their application they state a time in which they can be active. Basically, what you are saying is that they lied. Our mods specifically stated they will be active daily, for many hours.
You must remember though, there are more than 1 mod for each server. With plenty of global mods to handle every server.
The reason this doesn't apply, once again, is because we're talking about the mods who are able to do reports but don't do them. If you've had something come up in your life causing you to be less active, then make it a status, or let someone know. The issue isn't whether or not the mods are online, it's whether or not they're doing anything productive while they are online.
Your "points" are unnecessary for what I am saying though lol... Mods are online on the forums all the time, yet they sit there afk, doing nothing. I've had reports up for days at a time, with many views, yet no outcome.
