Exactly! That's why I don't play BW much unless friends are playing. I always get fishing rodded off, and someone in the team ALWAYS hogs the gold the entire game. It's so frustrating since there's so much issues with the "Mods can't ban on Mini-game servers" and the whole messed up thing with Mini-games and hackers/those breaking the rules, in general, not getting punished, even with proper evidence.
