My sister reported to me that somebody was encouraging her to commit suicide. I'm nearly positive the perpetrator wasn't actually encouraging, more or less a little kid that wants attention. She wasn't even considering it, but I knew I should report it anyhow.

2. The offender's account name: AKICUN
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The player was encouraging suicide and name calling without the victim done anything to encourage this behavior.

P.S. I took the screenshot in the lobby, but scrolled up the chat to find the message(s).
