Hi, Tgis happened a while ago and I'm still banned in the shop and when I was told to contact buycraft they said that they did not ban me can somone please help because I wanna buy a new rank but it doesn't let me.
This is a buycraft issue, we have nothing to do with it. The chargeback has to be completely settled and they have to release your account from the previous chargeback. You will need to take it up with them. Its not just with Mineverse. If you tried buying from anywhere that deals with buycraft, you would get the same thing. Closing since there really isn't anything we can do to help. Im sorry.
