The videos being embedded into signatures is a grave annoyance and they should be banned all across the Noobcrew/Cypriotmerks forums. They provide nothing of any value, nor can they be considered any form of personal expression, as they weren't personally created.

 

Depends on the video, as it can actually be an introduction to the community, announcement, or any other important thing. So I don't think it should work as such.

 

I have yet to see one that was used in any manner of that which you speak.

I disagree about both points. But that's my opinion.

 

Yeah, I know, and I'm not trying to disrespect that opinion. But not that many people use vid sigs, the current active ones I can think of are about 10-15, and it doesn't really hurt anyone by having them there, but yeah. It might get annoying if you're in a convo and sigs pop up under every message.

 

If there are 10 people using them, and they're active members, that means the videos are seen far too often. If you personally post on 30 different threads, that's 30 different instances of the same video. x 10 people = 300 active threads with videos in a signature for no reason. Extrapolated figures based on simple numbers for exemplification of my point.

 

I don't agree with you, a video signature can say Much about a person, if they are happy, clowns or anything and It's pretty cool to see someone with it so i agree with MrParkourGuy it can be annoying not everyone but i've seen those that really suck but i understand what you are trying to say LDM77

I believe you can disable showing signatures in your personal details, so if it bothers you so much, just disable it ;p

And i know it can be annoying but, signatures are mean't to be a place where users can post what they like (unless it inappropriate)
