Neutral, personally I think a 31d ban for the first offence is fine. However all bans after that should be longer. For example 2nd ban 62d, 3rd ban 93d, 4th ban 124d and so on. On non pvp game modes increase it by 14d and lobby 7d.
No support. I think it's a good idea but I think they should keep the ban time the same. IP-Ban and let them back on in a month.
