      my ban is set to end on april 8th 3:12 in mountain standard time zone... right now in mountain standard time zone it is 3:31 and I'm still not unbannnned

      The /tempban command is set to where it's automatically going to unban you after the designated time.
      I'd give it some time and if you still aren't unbanned, contact the staff.

      Maybe you could check now? Are you unbanned? If not, maybe contact the Mod who banned you and request help.
