OP PvP Ban evader [Banned][Sando]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: Tommay
2. The offender's exact ingame name: 8balls / Perdinans
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: ban evading
4. Evidence/full
5. I reported this person earlier and he came back on another account complaining that I got his account banned and his bal removed, so I was wondering if you could possibly ip check?

NOTE: You cannot report on behalf of other players
