    Player Vault plugin would be the only option with what your asking. The Backpack (old) or Backpacks plugins require an ingame backpack and optional resource pack.

    Support!! I wish it would be in the donor kits across all the game modes. I was actually thinking about this the other day and forgot to make a suggestion for it.

    Added to KitPvP, OPPvP, and ArcherPvP.
    Premiums and up have access to 1 vault, and Elites and up have 2.
    Use the command /vault 1 or 2 to open them up. :)
