It's how us moderators prevent spam bots. All users will be moderated for their posts up to an hour after their first one is posted. After that hour, you're free to roam and post.
Ah, thanks, it's just rather annoying. I do see why it's there though, the spambots used to be really bad.
Yea, and they've become a "small issue" because Cypriot had to disable email confirmation. But ya. Would you like this closed now?
