To be honest, I don't really know, but what I do know is that I can help by Making sure there are no hackers, regulating and watching the players (to an extent, it's not like i'll be watching them as they sleep or anything...) and asking, on a regular basis, if anyone needs help, wants to report a hacker or abuser, or is overall dissatisfied with the server, and why. I will also look over the forums for ideas, new implementations that the server could need, or any ban appeals or hacker reports.
