It'd honestly be better to have a forum moderator, sure we have moderator's that already do forum reports and such but it'd just be more 'clean' to have a forum moderator if you can get what I'm saying, mineterria is already trusted enough by Cypriot to handle the position, it'd be great to see him back as Staff.

Jesus Christ, does everything people say to you go through one ear and go right through the other? Haven't you understood he is basically applying for Forum Mod but will handle reports that haven't been yet it's not that hard if you don't support the idea state so once then stop so far you have left 7 comments already on this Mod app this is ridiculous.

You were a great mod a while ago, but now it seems as if you don't really want the moderator position back. Maybe if you seemed a bit more serious and added some info to your application to beef it up that might change my mind.
