Hey Confidentialaims,

I noticed your staff application and am here to provide feedback.

First of, let's start with the positive aspects.

• You seem truthful to most of your answers, written on the application.
• Very nice written application.

Now for the downfalls. :(

• Your replies to the feedback provided on your staff application isn't how
• Your grammar isn't the best (just like mine) maybe you could review your application again and correct the mistakes?

My advice. :pomp:

♦ Your feedback could have some improvement. For example:
Player: No support, you're very rude in-game, plus I heard you hack? Any way, it's a no from me.
You: Hey [insert name], thanks for the feedback! Hopefuly I can regain your trust in the future. Any advice which could improve my application/dedication?

♦ Remove the ''trustworthy'' bit. Trust is earnt, you don't just receive it. Most (new) staff members are often the victim of disrespect in their first few days. Get to know the community more. Even if you already know most people. Also, trust to see who's on the forum and who isn't. Maybe help them get on the forums?

For now, it's a no support.
Hopefully you'll take up on my advice and change my mind.

You recently have gotten banned on OPFactions for using the hack Kill Aura/Mob Aura. No support. If it were to be months ago, it would've been fine. But as it was recent, no support.
