Well, the thing is, in your app, you felt the need to say "No negativity from the past", which obviously means you have a bad reputation with players, and a Moderator that can't communicate and function well with other players isn't going to have a good outcome, it also shows you're unable to take the criticism of the past, which is what players are encouraged to do on applications to show where you stand on their application. Good luck, but no support.
