I am not a mod, but seeing as how other applicants were able to get the job I think that your application needs a hefty amount of additional content. Instead of just saying Ban Hackers and Help People, you need to explain how you might catch them (i.e saying what means you have of capturing evidence) and you also need to explain how you might help people. Your character traits are seemingly just as important to the people who ultimately decide to give someone MOD so you can also explain what about yourself would make you a good candidate for the job. Also, as a side note, not having the required 50 post count is going to pretty much automatically turn them away from you because that is a specific ask of applicants in the requirements for a MOD. I suggest you take some time to be more active on the forums (without post-farming which is a BIG no-no) and then you can submit another application.
