The guy who reported you said it wasn't his screenshot in capitals, indicating there was probably a hacked client on. Last time I checked mods can't ban if the person has a hacked client on in the screenshot or video...

 

There was a thread that had a person accusing another of having a hacked client on,and had one themselves.
The person was later banned I believe.
